Mercedes "Recall" M-Class

Another hazard, cruise control can be separated itself when shot at a speed of 40 km per hour. "This condition is triggered by damage to the brake light switch," commented Rob Moran, a spokesman for Mercedes-Benz USA.

This condition occurs on a production car 2000-2002 and 2000-2004 AMG version (version number is small). "No one has suffered an accident or injury from the interruption of this problem. Mercedes-Benz United States is ready to replace the brake lights and switches start next September," said Rob.

Replacement of a long grace period, according to Rob, to ensure adequate replacement of spare parts. In addition, it will remind the owner of the M-Class for not using the cruise control for a while.
